Ch 24 Japan and the Koreas

Virtual Spy Webquest

You are about to be given a top secret VirtualSpy assignment . You must take a secret communist document out of a government building in Pyongyang , North Korea and destroy it in an active volcano in Japan .

Along the way you will keep notes about the places through which you travel on the chart provided. You must also show your path on the map provided There will be many challenging choices for you to make. Are you up for it ?

 Then get a close look at where you will you be going……. Find Asia , then click on Japan and the Koreas

 From North Korea Pyongyang  you will take a side trip to Wonsan ( to throw off the agents tracking you) what will you see ?

At a special line of latitude you will cross over into South Korea. Which line of latitude and why is it important ?

It is now time to pick a boat and a route to cross over to Japan. Remember you will not have ground transportation available to you there so choose your route wisely.

When you arrive in Japan take a look at three major cities and the surrounding areas to complete your notes.
